A2A Stixall Sealant is a high strength adhesive which bonds anything to anything within 10-15minutes. It has instant grab and high load bearing capacity. It can be applied even on the wet surface and in under water application. It is a green product with zero odour and VOC compliance. It is a MS Polymer ( Modified silicone ) based product with a patented technology of Japan. In India , only Alstone Industries is producing such MS based polymer products.

Properties of StixAll Sealant
- High initial tack

- Excellent primerless adhesion to numerous porous and non-porous substrates.
- Excellent elasticity, no bubble formation, waterproof, no shrinkage, over-paintable.
Applications Area
- It is specially developed as a universal adhesive for bonding various building materials.
- It is suitable for elastic bonding of panels, profiles and other pieces on the most common substrates such as: stone, concrete, mirrors, glass, plasterboard, PU, PVC, polyester, plastics, enamel, ceramic, copper, lead, zinc, aluminium, metals, R.V.S., wood, HPL and cement fibre panels etc.
- Common application areas are: Wall cladding elements and ceiling panels.
- Sound isolation panels (mineral wool, wood-wool cement & plastic foams).
- Thermal isolation panels (PUR, PIR, PS). Casings and frames in building construction.
- Wooden and plastic laths, ornaments and frames.
- Doorsteps, window sills, skirting boards and cover plates.
- Complete construction elements (such as roofing and facade elements) in frames.
This product gives a high bonding strength without damaging the back coating of these two materials.
The curing time is also just 15-20 minutes which is enough to give good strength that it can hold the products without any support afterwards.
It has a cure rate of 2mm/24 hours with a tooling time of only 10min.
It is non -sagging and non- swelling product .
It has an excellent UV and temperature resistance ranging between -40 to 100 degree Celsius which makes it suitable for use in interior as well as exterior applications.
