The Alstone WPC prelaminated routed door
is a high-performance, ready-to-use door made from a solid core of Wood Plastic Composite (WPC). Unlike traditional timber doors, this product combines the elegant look of wood with the superior resilience of WPC, offering a durable, low-maintenance, and eco-friendly alternative for both residential and commercial interiors.
By using a computer numerical control (CNC) routing process, Alstone creates intricate, high-quality decorative carvings directly onto the solid WPC sheet. The door is then finished with a Europeon PVC Foil which is laminated on both sides using PUR hot melt technology, providing a smooth, uniform surface that comes in a variety of designs and colors. This manufacturing process eliminates the need for on-site polishing or painting, ensuring a professional and consistent finish from day one.
